All villas are connected to the 220 V central electrical supply network, electricity switchboard, safety devices and fuses, sockets, switches, lighting fixtures in the balcony and bathroom, as well as fire-prevention installation, and smoke detectors.

The villas do not come furnished, because of different client preferences. We do however offer furniture packages in the range of 11,500 to 13,990 EUR.
